Great location - close to everything. We just had a bit of trouble with check-in because I didn't have wi-fi. Otherwise, it's a good deal for the price.

Good location, pity self check in didn't work
Self check in number did not work and only managed to get through front door because a staff member let us in but the code didn't work for room. Had to add credit to my phone to call hotel for a new code. Room was OK and location was good

Basic and not great
The hotel is very basic. There is no concierge and so anyone can walk in and out of the building if they follow someone in. The work/dining area and the kitchen was not cleaned regularly and felt dirty. The rooms are cold and heating is not efficient. Limited services so if you run out of toilet tissue or towels or dirty sheets it takes a while to get them.

We're really sorry that you weren't happy with your stay. We've 24/7 service by phone and people that can come down to the hotel if needed but sometimes it takes awhile for them to get there. The kitchen and dining room should be cleaned everyday so I'll talk with the staff about it. We want to offer you compensation and if you're interested in this please email us! Good place to sleep
Was a decent hotel with nice rooms... but it felt more like a hostel. The house felt a bit run down... and there is a nightclub quite close... but we didn't notice it on our stay. So in general, it was a good stay if you only want to sleep.

Proactively look out for building and room access
There was a slight mixup during check-in as we hadn't received the building access and room information. I called the hotel number but it went straight to voice mail. I then wrote to the hotel via their Facebook page and surprisingly we received a reply and access details within minutes. The person apologized and I believe it was a genuine mixup so all was well that ended well. Please double check to make sure you get room and access details on the same day of check-in otherwise do reach out to them.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
Check in was not good, you're supposed to receive an email or SMS with the room number and door code, that never arrived. Luckily an employee was there to help (unmanned self check in property), but I had to wait for her to finish her cigarette break. The room was ok, none of the 3 beds were made, but sheets were provided, bathroom smelled of urine. Thin walls meant that we heard everything going on next door, and street noise meant we heard people fighting and throwing up at 3am. Not a great stay.

No tea and coffee making facilities, dirty bedding, unfriendly staff...You can't even make a cup of tea in the kitchenette as nothing is provided. No hair dryer. No breakfast or parking. The rooms are also TINY

An excellent hotel and great value
Great location, fabulous room but the thing that really made the stay stand out was the quality of the breakfast. There was a huge choice of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and hot food- Scandinavian specialities as well as generic European/ UK ones. And soy milk for my vegan friend

Great location
This hotel is a bargain and in a great location. There is no staff, so they send you a code before you arrive for the doors. It all worked out really well.

Felaktiga koder
Hotellets läge och pris var bra. Men dåligt att skicka felaktiga koder för att komma in i ett av rummen. Eftersom telefonnumret fungerade kunde det åtgärdas tämligen snabbt när vi fick fungerande koder. Men inte kul att först inte komma in i sitt rum i ett hotell utan personal.

Hej. Vad tråkigt att höra men skönt att det kunde lösa sig snabbt. Vi har ju ett journummer där man alltid kan nå oss så även om vi har ett hotell utan personal finns vi alltid till hands.

Der var meget beskidt de havde ikke gjort ordenligt rent. Der var brune mærker på sengetøjet, gulvet var beskidt men kun se der ikke var gjort rent, toilettet lugtet af tis og gulvet på toilettet var beskidt.
