"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "

"Had an amazing stay! The location was amazing had a tram stop right out front and easy short walks to southern cross and flinders street station. The front desk lady was so kind and nice The apartment room was comfortable couldn’t find many faults with it. Some negatives were : our room tv would not connect to the wifi but that’s no big deal as we just went to bed instead of watching a movie "
