"The Bulgari Dubai is unquestionably the finest hotel in the UAE. The property is elegant state of the art, but the entire Team there is what makes them the best of the best. From the parking, front door, security, check in, housekeeping, spa, coffee lounge, gym-pool, cigar bar, restaurant and shop staff, you simply will not meet a finer group of people. "We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed. "This resort is one of our favourite resorts in Dubai. It's quiet and relaxing, with just the right panache without being OTT. The room is luxe and comfy. The amenities are superb. It's got great F&B offerings. A lovely pool and within walking distance of several restos and cafes. We're saddened that it's closing its doors soon which is why we decided to stay one last time. "
