"All staff members were very helpful from front desk to life guards to servers. Not a big deal for me but we did have an issue with the TV internet that never got resolved due to the short stay and the on site IT having never seen the error before. Can’t help that and again not a big deal. I’m sure this is an on going fight as well but the folks who smoke on their balconies. Hard to monitor that 24/7. Not a deal breaker in any means, you can’t control what people do. Other than the at everything...

"This was a great place to stay, close to Disney, plenty of room for our family and a great price. We did not use any of the amenities like the workout room or the pool, we were in the parks most of the time during our stay. The only problem we had was one morning around 7:30 AM. Someone from the staff opened our door while we were still in bed which was a little frightening and put us on edge the rest of our visit. I called the front desk and they said they don’t have any record of anyone...
