"I recently stayed at this property with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean. They also had great entertainment options for both kids and adults, which is a nice touch. However, I was a very disappointed with the food and drinks. While there was plenty of variety, we all found the taste of everything was very bland and the brands of drinks were of cheap quality. It would be great if they could...

"The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go...

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. Service for food outside of the restaurant was slow but it’s slow travel. Activities were great. We wish we had booked for more than two days. It’s worth going to Dubai just for this resort. "

"I had taken a all inclusive plan for this stay. The drinks were not premium. Asked for a banana for the baby, one oytlet said go to another, another said go to another. Asked for ginger ale at the bar, said it is over and need to get it from another bar. "
