"Took a solo trip to this property just to get a mental break and was very satisfied....Booked a double suite ocean front room because it was the only one available online..called to confirm my reservation before traveling and asked if I could possibly swap out my room for a King oceanfront suite and Ms Penny in reservation granted it! "Room was updated and clean. The King Oceanview in Pinnacle was a nice layout with mini kitchen and necessary flatware and dishes and icemaker. All plusses. The room was great, AC cold and view was awesome. No complaints on this stay."

"I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. "

"We liked the layout of 203 Magnolia and appreciated the cleanliness. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to just sit on. Laminate flooring panels were between the mattress and box springs in the bedroom."

"We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers."
