The room was spacious and comfortable. Very much appreciated the loan of a bus pass and help navigating the system for some visits outside the city! "

"We stayed in Bled for one night on a longer trip through Croatia and Slovenia, and the Grand Hotel Toplice wasn't our most luxurious stay. Our room was quite small (not a lot of room for laying out suitcases we had from our long trip) and not very renovated. The bathroom was small but fine. "wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town Ljubljana, close to everything. Helpful staff, first class rooms, super breakfast. Yes, it's expensive, but really worth it!"

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"We stayed for three nights in early summer and had a great time. The apartment was well located just a couple of minutes walk from Bovec town centre, with a great view from the garden. It was well appointed with plenty of cooking facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reception were friendly and helpful, would be good if they were open for longer hours but this is typical of apartment complexes of this type so not a big issue. Thoroughly recommended! "
