"The staff to include housekeeping were excellent. Always smiling. The new furniture on the property beautiful. The breakfast terrific and other menus offered healthy options. The noise due to the construction of the gym outside our room and 2nd pool was one of the things that took away from the tranquility. Also the ants at the 2nd pool ( on furniture and pool edge) "

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

"The room, front desk staff and hotel are very good . But the breakfast can be significantly improved . The coffee was terrible . They have a beautiful coffee machine behind the bar which remains unused while they make guests use an automatic machine from which the coffee comes out tasting terrible . That is unacceptable in Italy . I went outside to get some sun with my coffee and the breakfast staff scolded me when I came back in to return the cup stating that we are not allowed to “remove items...
