"The front desk staff were helpful and never in a rush. I always felt listened to and taken seriously. They let me preview the room because my mom needs accessible room. They said it had a tub...I asked did it have a hand held shower and a bench. They assured me it did, but told me to look the room over to make sure it would work for us. I did. It was spacious and clean. The tub was not too high to step in and the bench and handheld shower were perfect. I forgot to put my parking permit in my car and they checked to make sure I hadn't been flagged. They put me at ease and never seemed bothered by my many questions. Their hotel was close to all the family gatherings I needed to attend . I would definitely go back."
