The hotel is very nice and clean. Some of the front desk staff and some of the bar staff aren't very friendly. The late night snacks are refrigerated sandwich and taste very old. I wish they have fresh late night snacks which would've made our stay perfect. The buffet food was amazing, the place is very clean, the RIU party was great, the room cleaners are so nice and they clean the rooms so well. Our stay was great and will be back for sure.

Beach is absolutely gorgeous. Hugo in the Margherita restaurant was awesome. Resort was very clean and well kept. Day shift bartender in the lobby bar and as great- can’t remember his name. Would suggest having more bartenders outside and keeping the pools open a little later than 7pm. No seagrass on the beach!!

Super clean , friendly staff. Food was average. Our room was located near the Rui party which required 7 steps to walk up and down with luggage which was not my favorite.Views of beach / grounds were blocked and limited.
