Do Not Waste Your Time
This place seamed nice in the pictures but once you get there you realize that its not that good. First thing was that the main pool was being renovated which is fine but, they didn’t send us an email notifying us or offer a discount nothing. Second the food was really bad especially the buffet there weren't many option and what was there was bad. The three restaurants were not good we ended up leaving after a few bites to go eat else where. The process to make a reservation at these restaurants was complicated and convoluted. Third thing was the drinks, they were bad watered down and weak they only served 1 beer which was dos XX. There was little to no entertainment. Not what you would expect from an all inclusive resort. We will not be back thats for sure. Go to Riu Caribe or Riu Palace honestly I think any other resort would be better than this place. It’s bad when you feel relieved to leave. I will say that the staff was fairly nice this is not a bad reflection on them but overall rating for the resort (2 out of 10 )
