Amazing staff. Love the all inclusive including everything from the minibar. Only thing was the AC was not cold enough, blowing more like a fan instead of the cool breeze from an AC. Bathrooms in the property are quite small.

We had a great time at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. I had never done an all inclusive resort before and I am already planning to come back. Weather was amazing and it was so much fun! Beautiful!

Unfortunately there was a lot seaweed on the beach making it not really suitable for daily use. They were cleaning it but the amount coming in at that time was more than could be handled. The restaurants provided excellent food but the buffet had a limited selection. The pizza was good though. We would return if the opportunity presents itself (timing and price)

We like the pools the beach okay to much (salga marina) saw a tractor coming and going but he never removed any of this waste frim the beach. It felt unsaved. Room water will stop running for showers or even wash our hands. Food was avarage salty and with out test. Stuff few wwre freindly expecting a tip. Pool with the bar very loud and people were drunk. We were giving a roo far far away and way up in the 4th floor for in older couple. El Beso had restrictions and who knows who needed to be in the area. There was one time by the kids pool restaurant had me waitting for my tacos for ovee in hour until i checked on it and when i got them the tacos were cold and hardly any meat. I can go on and on but I feel thar the hotel needs to meet with there stufd and management and talj about anything that they might have heard from the gust and also at the time of switching schedule they should followed the same standards for treating the gust. It feek that the motel did not have enough stuff because one day there was not plates available for food. There was one older man at the lobby trying to help us but when we say no because my lady wanted to go to our room. He wasnt very friendly and since we did not stay for his presentation he did not show any kindness of simpathy and understanding. Please know thar we were approched by other gusts and asked fir our opinion and theirs however we shared pur experiences and they shared theirs. I hope this help however.
