Amazing resort, on smaller side for an all inclusive which we appreciated. Wedding factory. For a long weekend we witnessed 7. Yes 7. But they were fun to see and any receptions wrapped up at 11 on the dot so music and partying didn’t go all night. Rooms quiet and spotless. Beach beautiful but a ton of sargassum. Thats not the resorts fault. They do a great job of trying to clear it each day. Drinks by pool ALL watered down which is disappointing. Dark rum not even dark. You can tell they add water to dilute the bottles. We stayed in a preferred room overlooking beach and pool. Food was just ok. Tons of it but just ok. Staff throughout all friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. My kiddo loved the explorer club and the kids pool. We upgraded our room from garden view to ocean view but we regret it because it was so windy that we couldn’t even sit outside to enjoy the view. The cabana bed reservations were worth it because during windy days, they don’t allow opening umbrellas for shade by the pool side. The restaurants were decent but the dinner buffet was very disappointing. Staff was very friendly and the resort was well maintained.

This is my 5th time in Cancun. I like the view of my room but I must say the room is much smaller than other hotels I been to. The jet tub in the room is very old and did not work . The mini bar should have some snacks, but it didn't, the scale didn't work, not that we needed it but we just felt that for this price and this rank of the hotel, everything in the room should be working. The hotel should allow 2 towels at the time and have the guests return them to get the new ones, because a lot of them use the towels to reserve all the chairs around the pool while they are somewhere else and most of them never returned to the chair they reserved. The hotel is not that big but we had a hard time finding the spots to sit. We stayed there for 4 nights and tried to use the hot tub in the evening but were able to use it one time only, other than that they closed it for the wedding reception which is unfair for us that also paid. There are so many beautiful spot available in the hotel why it has to be around the hot tub. The environment in the hotel is very nice, love the lobby area where you can order drinks and listen to live music. Shows were good, food choice were great, staff were friendly, the spa was phenomenal.
