"Front desk staff were good. We opted for no housekeeping but realized we needed more milk, face cloths (none there from start), white sugar, tea & coffee. No phone number to contact front staff, only a QR code. So I texted them via the QR code. No answer/response. Everytime we passed the front desk they were overwhelmed with people checking in etc. There was a conference going on. "Extremely poor service, we checked in to the B&B with friends to be then handed our keys and told to find our own rooms as she needed to deal with an inpatient guest. Not sure where they got the photos for the hotel but they certainly weren’t of the rooms we stayed in, window had no lock despite being on first floor bathroom door didn’t close properly they forgot the breakfast on the last day which was not worth £10. "This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing. There is no 24hr front desk , there's not even a desk and when you try to contact them it just repeatedly goes to voicemail they are totally uncontactable. we left a day early as we could not bear another night in there.
