"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

"The pictures of hotels.com are deceiving. This is a tired, rough around the edges hotel. The manager was very nice but his restaurant staff need a lesson in customer service. Raw chicken for dinner. Sent back but the bill came anyway. The manager eventually partially refunded it. The cabana room bathroom was moldy and the entry door lock broken.
