"My stay in the Hyatt Centric was great. Hotel is situated at a very convenient place surrounded by greenery all around. Our check in was so smooth. We were briefed about all the facilities in the hotel at the reception. Room was nice, neat and clean and view of the rose garden was very good. "Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place...
