"It’s a beautiful place however they always seem to try and charge additional fees. For example, they tried to charge me a $225 “resort fee” no explanation other than Expedia said they had to do it. They did not upgrade my room even though I’m a VIP member and they had rooms available. "

"The property and stuff are outstanding! We traveled with 3 little kids. I wish the menus for the children were a bit price friendly... Paying $150 for 3 sets of pancakes and 3 orange juices mixed with water seems a bit too much. Other than that ... it was amazing. The property is walkable and safe. Gourgeous interior and outdoors, separate areas for kids and adults. Beautiful beach, although when we went in May the water was a bit cold. The stuff is very very friendly and nice. "

"Beautiful hotel with views and architecture. Rooms are spacious and very clean but we had a water leak in our first room and the washing machine didn’t work in the room we were moved to. Be aware this is part of a time share and they try to get you to take a tour/join. They do offer a decent discount if you take the tour. The child care center was wonderful and full of fun activities! The staff was very helpful overall. "
