"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "The hotel was a little older and the room was smaller than i was expected and the breakfast buffet was very pricey, which we did not use because of it. The location was great. Easy access to the transportation and many shops. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. "

"Property 12-15 mins walk from hakata station, next to Canal City. Hotel is excellent with good breadfast and onsen. Breadfast more of european origins and very tasty. 2nd floor very spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good standard japan size. Would highly recommend if the price is right"

"Good hotel. Held our luggage for us prior to check in. Strategically located by the Canal City mall - lots of shopping and restaurants. There's also a nearby Lawson (kombini) for necessities. It’s also with walking distance (15min) of a local outdoor shopping arcade. Lots of local restaurants and vendors. Smaller than the ones we saw in Kyoto, Sapporo, and Tokyo, but nice. Ate at a two-star Michlen restaurant that served fugu. Also a short distance from Golds Gym Sapporo which as a day pass for...

"The hotel was amazing with a 24H cafe downstairs. Loved the vibe & their friendly services. Only concern was the evacuation stairs was locked when we encountered an earthquake, confirmed with the front desk that it’s always locked. Lol "

"The overall stay is satisfactory, near the Hakata station, quite convenient for shopping, dining, transportation and taking night snack. I think the accommodation is also good, the facility and room services is well provided. Two things that make me kind of uncomfortable, is first the room area is tight, don't have too much space, and second is the air conditioner doesn't work well. "

You will have to grab your own complimentary supplies like slippers, tooth brush, body wash cloth from the lobby and take it to your room, which I haven’t seen before but I guess it can cut down on cost?
