"There was no property in service. I showed up after dark. Down a beaten path. To be greeted by two men who didn’t speak any English. I was legitimately scared for my safety. I was made aware, after they called three different people someone who spoke English, that the hotel hadn’t been in service for TWO MONTHS. "The outside (building) fresh paint does NOT match interior condition. Staff was amazing and accommodating, they are the only reason I gave the two stars! BUT the actual place is in urgent need of updating! Carpet was so gross we did not want to touch barefoot! I asked if we can change rooms, was shown another and it looked the same. The best I can describe it is a 60s-70s wall-to-wall dark blue mess, that has seen so much chemical treatment it felt like plastic! And yet still covered in stains...

"perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. We were on the all inclusive plan, and it was just perfect! The food was delicious and hot with a large selection of salads, soups, different meats, etc., the chef is always there and always in a position to serve the guests, a big thank you to the chef for the dedicated service! The waiters always smile and give good and efficient service. The reception service at the hotel is always available, attentive and creative for any question and request. Just a perfect hotel, we will come again and recommend to everyone at every opportunity! Thank you so much for wonderful time!"
