"Front desk staff were amazing "

"Perfect place to spend the night when I missed my flight out of Honolulu airport!"

"When i got there, thelady said i had reserved a city view room. When i pointed out the "partial ocean view" written on my Expedia Confirmation, she upgraded us.....But, she blamed Expedia for the mix up. I felt she was simply lying,in hopes i had no printed literature. The hotel was basic and okay, but i witnessed the staffgiving someone with mobility issues a different room than they had reserved "

"I recommend this hotel because it is five minutes away from the beach and is very convenient. There's also a 24 hour washer and dryer that you can use..There's restaurants all around the corner. There's a trolley bus stop that you can take. If you are on a budget and only there for a few days, it's a perfect hotel to stay 10 out of 10! "

"It had great vibes with all the beach amenities- snorkels, chairs, towels to rent $2 and 1 block from the beach! They had community get togethers on the rooftop which made it fun and to meet other traveling people. I'll always try to stay there when I go there. Mahalo!"

"I prefer not to stay in Waikiki and this hotel is in a great location. The staff is good. Be aware that this place also has private residences. Their owners also rent on this app. It is not always clear if you are renting the hotel side or the private side. The owner of my unit didn't forward the reservation. Hotels.com quickly remedied the situation and booked me into the hotel side. Parking is not included and self parking is $35/day. "
