"Breakfast included however depending on who’s on duty area not checked and replenished in a timely fashion. Pool hours were disappointing. Heard it’s not run by the hotel. 2pm opening is so late. "

"First time at Tru. It was really great. The basics in the room are the only ones I really needed. I liked that they had a Peloton bike, but I wish they would maintain it better. The gym was fine, overall. The elevator was a little dirty, so that needed some attention. There was also no bath gel in the shower, so that was a bummer. But bar soap was offered.The front staff was super helpful and courteous. Overall, I’d stay again."

"Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Albany was truly great. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff members (specially at the reception) went above and beyond to ensure that we felt good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Hotel offer complimentary breakfast as well. The hotel's location was also convenient, providing easy access to local amenities. Everything was within reach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"This hotel was okay. The room was clean, but small. When we got to the room the room door was open😳 I asked about it and the receptionist said the housekeeper may have left it open. There is no guaranteed parking. To guarantee parking you have to pay 17$ a night. There is a 200$ refundable incidental fee. The free breakfast was ok."
