"So, where do I start...I hesitantly booked this place just hours in advance because of a flight issue, and was wondering why in the world an all-inclusive hotel had rooms available in late July without issue. So, we arrive, a shuttle was listed to be included, we called and they repeatedly told us no then just hung up. Took a taxi to a dirty, sketchy area of the island late at night. This "all inclusive" hotel includes nothing-not even what's listed as free like wifi and A/C. It's "free" watered...

"Cosy little property with a beautiful pool area, run by a lovely Rhodian family. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Excellent restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away, very authentic Greek and not overly touristy. 10/10 from this Australian a long way from home!"

"The hotel is very clean, the area is nice, you have a bus station to Chania 3 mins away from the hotel. Did not try the nearby restaurants but you have a couple of options from what I’ve seen. The only complaint would be that you need mobile data since the Wi-Fi is very slow, but mobile data has good speed so I didn’t mind."

"Very friendly and hospitable hotel. Location is close and walkable to main town square in Fira which is where all the restaurants, bars and shops are - this is great as it’s close to all the action while located in a quiet/non busy area. Only downside is the shower was quite small and hard to use, easy to get water everywhere. There is also a scooter/ATV rental place run by the same family which makes it super convenient.
