"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"Space is what this property has in abundance. We could have had two families share this unit. It was great, loved having a washing machine and detergent available. The instructions to find the apartment were great. An easy trip by subway 2-3 stops into Odori Park and Sapporo central. The only draw backs were that the beds are quite firm and we picked up a musky smell in the unit, but this seemed to reduce after a couple of days. "

"First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. "We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. The accessibility was good in downtown Susukino and it was nice to be quiet because it was not too loud near the accommodation. Most of all, the host was very nice. "It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
