"The staff at the sonesta were amazing. I felt very well taken care of. So clean and safe and in the best location. I was stood up by my trip partner but you guys made me feel better by being so warm and welcoming. Thank you for making a difference in my situation. "

"Everything was good but upon check in we run a not Some issue.They give us keys for the room and when we when up someone was inside the room . I guess they give us wrong room. When we went down stairs they able to give us diffrent room . Other than that everything else was great . "
