We had the rooms with the butler service and they just made it so easy to do everything and anything. There was always something to do and eat. Nights were cool as they had things to each night. "It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. "I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. "
