"Hotel is close to monorail and family apartment. Building is new, new appliances. Got to laundry while I was there. 3 mins to Kokusaidori. When they say 3 o’clock check in… it’s 3 o’clock. Make sure if come in early, be aware you will be lugging your suitcase."

"There weren’t enough people staying at this hidden gem. Very nice inside, great view overlooking the ocean, very secure locks, love the lock and key mechanism, ample parking, very polite staff. Room 201 had a small kitchen, large shower, large closet, balcony, easy access to the side exit. If you’re checking in after 9pm, contact or email them so they can give you the codes to get into the hotel, and to get the key to your room. Pool was amazing! Shallow the whole way, but what a great view!...

"Wifi was unusable, blackout curtains let light right into my face as there was a street light directly outside of the bedroom. Check-in was not on-site and I had to go to a different location to check in. Scan of my residence card was required even though residents are not required by law to present ID. The toilet was very nice, the shower was not. Water pressure was terrible. I didn't realize this place was in the heart of soapland. Stay at a different Mr. Kinjo. "

"-first time staying in a condo-like hotel, sent a couple of inquiries and they were very prompt in their reply👍 -as we do not cook in the room, the kitchenette is a waste but the microwave oven is a plus -reasons for choosing this hotel is the location(in Kokusai dori), proximity to our tours pickup site(Prefectural Office) and the room size (25m). "This hotel/apartment was perfect for our family. We had five people and it suited us well. The location is great for Chatan. Convenience stores are right around the corner, American town and the Aeon mall are short walks, and parking is easy. "
