"The stay was nice, the rooms need better dusting and ventilation do to the smoking in the casino. There were no towel racks or hooks to dry your towels on and the wall mirror light didn't work. It didn't seem to want to charge either.. some housekeepers were impolite, 5/22 checkout was 11 and we were startled by repetitive pounding on our door at 11:04am.
