We arrived a lot earlier in the day than we anticipated due to our flights being changed, this wasn't an issue with the hotel, and they allowed us to check in several hours earlier, which was great. "The apartment was clean and large for a studio. It had everything you needed and more. The staff were friendly and polite. It was in a great location to the old town and the Jewish quarter. There was bars restaurants and grocery stores all in a few minutes. Will definitely recommend and return when in krakow. "

"We found the building easily and we felt very safe knowing that you needed the code/fob to get into the courtyard before the apartment and then again a code/fob before being able to get into the building. They allowed us to put our belongings in the apartment as we arrived before check in and allowed us to have a later check out. The location is great, slightly away from Bran town centre yet within walking distance of Bran Castle, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing and the views are breathtaking. On top of that our host Andreea was very friendly and helpful showing a great level of hospitality. We hope to return soon!"
