I could easily walk into the new part of Nice or the old section from this hotel. It is just acros the street from the beach on the Mediterranean. One man at the front desk was extremely helpful in weighing my very heavy luggage, and bringing it to my room. "My daughter and I stayed 3 nights.... The hotel is a great place to stay! The room was very quiet and provided lots of space to spread out and enjoy anytime spent in the room! A mini kitchen was perfect for a few quick meals (with a small grocery just 1 block away!). Would be nice if the hotel had a towel in the kitchen for drying the dishes though. The hotel was just 3 blocks for the seaside which was a quick walk. Staff were great. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again."

All the narrow streets around us were lined we to stores and restaurants .
