Furthermore, each participant must carry a personal backpack containing their camping kit, sufficient water, spare clothing, and tent. Once prepared, we depart for the trailhead, driving past the magnificent Piva Lake and Dam. This striking artificial lake, often called Piva Canyon, was formed by the towering Mratinje Dam within Montenegro's rugged landscape. Piva Lake's incredible turquoise-blue waters vividly contrast the dramatic, steep canyon cliffs, a true spectacle on sunny days.
