Breakfast is good. Did not mentioned that we have to pay $25 for parking, other hotels are free parking, that's a little trick on their part.

Room was mostly clean with well established cobwebs in an upper corner of the living area. Rug was coming apart at entrance to bedroom. Bathroom had a lot of wear.
