Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed and 1 double sofabed (168 cm, length 195 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 10 m2, south facing position. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking, garage at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Besonders gut ist die Lage im Ort uns das unerwartet vorhandene doppelstöckige 1,40 m breite Bett im separaten Bereich in der Wohnung :)!

Příjemné ubytování na skvělém místě

Velice zajímavý poměr ceny a kvality. Pokud hledáte ubytování za příznivou cenu, určitě doporučuji. Jedinou slabinou jsou špatné matrace. Pro pobyt dvou osob perfektní, ale na rozkládacím gauči se nám spalo špatně. Patrová postel na tom byla lépe.
