1200 sqft suite includes: A private bedroom with a king bed. Studio has an open living/dining/kitchen concept and two full beds at opposite end. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Located behind Coffee Creek Landing Marina and RV Park. Boat launch is included with rental unit and is right outside for quick access to Lake Fork. The studio is fully equipped with all the comforts of home.

Peaceful retreat in Yantis
We enjoyed a peaceful retreat in Kathy’s beautifully renovated property. The space was clean and provided all the amenities our family needed. Kathy’s communications were always prompt and I really enjoyed chatting with both her and Connie in person; we were welcomed like friends. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Great little getaway
If your looking for a nice quite getaway this is it. Kathrine was an awesome host. The apartment was very clean, updated and spacious. We had a great time and will be back.

Skeeter Owners Fishing Glamp
Perfect for up to 4 people, very well appointed, the owners (Kathy) is very nice and made sure that our stay was comfortable. There’s easy access to great fishing and a private boat ramp right across the parking lot. They are on the right finger, very top of the lake at Lake Fork. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect Lake Fork vacation property!
