"I am so happy that I opted for this hotel. The location is great if you need to fly the next day. I felt welcomed, they where super friendly and very accommodating. The staff helped me to find a way to charge my phone and I am very grateful for that. 10 out of 10 would recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower pressure was amazing! The busstop was just 7 min walk. "

"Last minute indulgence primarily to use the Spa we werent disappointed at the price point. Yes its a little rough around the edges and the restaurant has no ambience; but room was fine, hotel was clean, staff were attentive, food at the Brasserie bery good, at the price hard to fault anything. Would go again."

"Good stay at this hotel, a convenient option for Stansted Airport. I appreciate the quick check-in despite a large group of guests arriving simultaneously off the shuttle bus. Bus to airport is convenient and frequent (every 30mins, 5 min ride, 4euro, buses run nearly 24hr). A little shabby in areas, but overall a good option for an early flight out of STN. "

"The building & grounds are both very attractive. My room was modern, spacious, light & the bed was very comfortable. I also had nice views of the gardens. The carpet & furniture in the room needed a little repair although understandable with general wear & tear. The food in Sartoria was very good & the food in the Garden Brasserie was excellent. Service was very good across the hotel with all staff being professional, friendly & helpful. I will definitely stay again. Many thanks! "
