"Very convenient transportation to Heathrow. Bus arrives at the front entrance, and drops you straight to your terminal. The breakfast was great! Well seasoned, lots to choose from, and some gluten free options. Hot food as well as pastries, cold cuts, cheese etc. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"Spectacular lobby--incredibly elegant and beautiful. Rooms were on the small side (typical of Europe), but otherwise very nice; great (and deep) bathtubs and good king-sized beds. The attached restaurant was excellent, too. Special praise to: Jeban and Alfred (waiters) and Fawzia (the hostess) at The Saok. Igerta and Paddy were especially nice and helpful at reception."
