The location is the perfect jumping off spot for your trip to visit Glacier Park. The condo is a two bedroom and 2 full bathroom unit. The condo is located in a brand new building on Nucleus ave and the owner has impeccable taste with her new furnishings. It is stocked with everything you will need for your trip to the Flathead valley including Mr. Coffee and K-cup style coffee makers. There is a beautiful balcony facing east to to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with some great views. A large flat screen with cable and wifi are within the unit for those times you need to relax. The Flathead River is just a few blocks away as well as the countless lakes in the Flathead area. You will love your stay here in downtown Columbia Falls. One covered assigned parking spot for this condo. Nucleus Ave condo is located directly downtown and is located amongst several great restaurants in beautiful downtown Columbia Falls. It is only 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 miles to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, 25 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort. Columbia Falls, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, dining, & live theater in Whitefish or Bigfork …the activities are endless. Downtown Columbia Falls is a quaint Montana town with some great restaurants, amazing access to Glacier National Park, a beautiful 18 hole golf course, access to the Flathead River for your fishing needs and a farmer's market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime. Great Property, Great Location
The property is exactly as advertised. It was super clean, well stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. The location is perfect for getting your National Park on along with many other activities/sights. Not only that, there is a bar/saloon with live music next door (the live music did not bother us at all), a bakery/coffee shop across the street and a good restaurant a block away. Additionally, there is a grocery store within easy walking distance. Sarah, the property manager, is wonderful. When we had to change our dates due to the pandemic she was very easy to work with and accommodated our date change with no hassle. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Super clean, well stocked
Can’t think of a negative thing about the condo. I was perfect for our family of four. Very clean place did not feel like a rental. Cabinets had everything. Location was close to the NP and yet in town where grocery store and restaurants are nearby. Rooftop area was nice with seating, gas grill and gas fire pit.

Suite 201 is good however the reserved parking space that is needed is too small for an average size car. Parking on the streets is a hassle

Columbia Falls - GNP & Whitefish
Great property and listing is accurate. Location is great, condo has everything you need with extra towels, pillows for sofa bed, kitchen fully stocked along with laundry room stocked. Airport, downtown Whitefish and Glacier NP all close by. I would definitely stay here again - less than a 2 minute walk to grocery, pizza, 3 forks grill and right next door to Gunsight which had solid food and bev!!!!!
