    Was upgraded to a "city view" and wow. From our balcony we had an amazing view of the ocean, Waikiki beach, Diamond head, the city, and the mountains. If I paid for a beach view I would have been very happy with it, but it was a free "city view" so we were ecstatic to have it! Due to covid there were not a ton of amenities, there was a pool open 10-5 but Waikiki is a block away so we never felt the need to use the pool, although the pool area is a nice shaded place to hangout. There was a prepackaged breakfast that we thoroughly enjoyed. Always filled us up and we never finished it all. Includes a cup of fruit, a whole orange, an egg, a freshly baked item (Choice between muffins, scones, and croissants), yogurt, cereal with milk, choice of coffee or juices, and I'm sure I'm missing something else. The man serving breakfast at the splash bar was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a laundry room but it was $5 to wash a load, $5 to dry a load, plus money for detergent. We decided against washing our clothes after visiting the laundry room. Staff was very friendly, two ladies at the front desk humored us when we asked for dinner recommendations. They spent a good 15 minutes chatting with us and looking up who was open and a short walk for us. For the location, price, and service we were very happy with this hotel. …

    My husband and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and 4 days and we had the most incredible time! The resort is really nice with two really nice pools and direct access to the beach. It is a great time to travel to location as it is pretty quiet and relaxing. I would say the only downfall is there is only one restaurant opened Rumfire and the food options aren’t the greatest.
