1 bedroom with queen, 1 queen bed & 1 with a bunk bed and 1 twin bed.. also 1 Serta Futon. Sleeps 7-8. Open kitchen to living room fully equipped, Micro, toaster,coffee maker, gas stove. A/C
,Flat screen in living room, TV's , 1 full bath with additional outdoor hot shower. Washer/(limited use)dryer, Outdoor gas grill with spacious deck with seating for 8 for dinner or tanning. Also a front covered porch that we love to have our coffee and watch the sunrise or have a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunset! An outdoor fire pit, spacious yard. Private Beach pass w/1 car parking or walk on pass, off street parking for 4. easy walk to beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. 1 level makes it easy access for elder. I am sorry we do not rent to proms or under age 25. Small dogs or crate trained only for an additional fee.

Splendid little spot.
Perfect location. Short walk to whatever beach you would like to go to. Passes were provided for private beach and you could bring a car. Our stay was during an extended heat wave so air conditioning was a plus. Particularly for our fur babies. Lawn games and deck space with comfy chairs were perfect. Cant wait to go again next year.

Pet Friendly Cottage Near the Beach
Communication with the owner prior to arrival was great. Check in was a breeze. The cottage itself was well equipped and provided an excellent place to spend time while not hanging out at the beach or visiting some of the local spots. This rental certainly gets my family's recommendation!

We loved our stay! Perfect location, short walk to the beach. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Clean and spacious...the outdoor shower was fabulous at the end of the day!

Great location, beautiful back yard for BBQ. The cottage has a fully equipt kitchen. Comfortable furniture plenty of room for a family. Owner is very accommodating. Look forward to returning soon.

Great New England beach cottage
Had a great week at this great cottage. As someone who’s been renting on and off at Misquamicut since the late 80s this was one of the nicest rentals we have had. Lots of extras not always available elsewhere (AC, internet, direct tv). Especially loved the deck and front porch.

Great place great time
Loved how close it is to the beach! Loved the front porch for w beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed and Comfortable clean beds. Lots of space on the back deck for grilling and chilin. Loved the outdoor showering after the beach. Close to Foxwoods on a rainy night. Loved the AndreA bar/restaurant on the beach. (No need to drive home) Private beach pass so we can drive But When we got there we found the TVs unplugged and remotes all switched and the beach pass was missing from the last Renter. However the owner was very attentive and resolved issues quickly. We’ll be back next year for sure!
