"We got what we asked for. All good except the bar was closed at 22:30 and the instructions in the room said it closed at 23:00. This was a minor irritation. Everything else was as expected."

"Very comfortable and enjoyable weekend break. We were greeted by Kate on reception who was very helpful and friendly. Pool and facilities were clean as was the room. Restaurant staff were pleasant and friendly at breakfast. Only issue we had was key cards kept not working so kept needing to be reactivated "

"Lovely overnight stay at Avisford Park. Room was spacious and very comfortable for a family. Bathroom was big! Enjoyed drinks in the bar but didn’t eat at the restaurant. Pool was lovely and warm. Enjoyed the tennis courts and table tennis facilities and free use of equipment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will return!"

"An incredible find! Full of character, historic building - you absolutely have to experience the lifts. Comfortable beds and warm rooms, best night's sleep ever. Hot shower with great pressure. Friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Ample free parking in grounds of hotel. Red squirrels in the gardens.. I've already booked my next stay."
