Gorgeous just remodeled We had a lot of fun decorating this one! Washington is the place to be. This apartment is located in the heart of downtown Washington. Lots of restaurants, walking trails, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, mile high pies and some great bars with music. Downtown offers some awesome shopping, antiques, painted furniture, local artist, clothing, very unique shopping experience . Off street parking in a quite neighborhood! You will love your stay

WHS Reunion
I have rented at this property before, and love returning. Walking distance to all of downtown, and a perfect place to relax after socializing. Plus, I come home with clean laundry!

This is my second stay at this property. It is spacious and well appointed. I love the convenience of the location, walking distance to downtown and the riverfront. I'll be back in May 2022 for the long-delayed WHS reunion!

Has some issues
I'll start with the positive. This unit has been recently refurbished, and just about everything inside is new. You can see that from the listing photos, and they are accurate. Here are the things you can't see or know by looking at the photos or description: - It's located inside of a residential apartment building with 5 other units. Not a big deal, but to get to unit 202, you enter through a common area that wreaks of cigarette smoke, and is very dirty and dated. - The bed squeaks badly, with any movement whatsoever. We had a very difficult time sleeping due to the noise. - The walls are paper thin, and the neighbors seemed to be enjoying themselves immensely. Let's just say they were "expressive" in their love for one another, which was plain for all to hear:) - The water pressure in the shower is very low. Made it difficult for my wife to wash her hair. - The internet was practically unusable for the 3 days we were there. Our jobs require us to work while we are away from the office, and normally even free hotel internet is sufficient. The internet service in this unit reminded me of old dial-up service from 20+ years ago, and we weren't able to access our work frequently.
