• Lost or damaged wristband: $100 replacement fee

The building manages heating and cooling according to seasonal regulations:
• Heating: Oct 15 – May 1
• A/C: May 15 – Oct 1
• Between these dates, operation is based on outdoor temperature and building discretion.

• Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit
• Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be towed at your expense
