This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the building is a heritage from 1891 and then the front half of the building is brand new in 2016. This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people-watching and checking out the boats sailing by. There are queen beds in each room and also a lovely memory foam Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests. The common area included with this unit is a lovely kitchen/meeting room and an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. If you are looking for a downtown feel this would be a great choice. You do not need a car, but if you have one we have a rare parking spot included in the rental fee for you!

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Don't forget that we are a Canadian company and you may be seeing our rates converted to USD. On the last page before you confirm you can see the cost breakdown and it will show you both Canadian and USD rates.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 14 days of travel. Once you are within 14 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. For reservations of 30 days or longer, you will need to cancel before 30 days of travel for a full refund less the $150 administrative fee.
