"The front desk staff were amazing helping an old gal get here theatre tickets on her no data phone. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to London. Our room was large and the kitchen was great."

"Very convenient transportation to Heathrow. Bus arrives at the front entrance, and drops you straight to your terminal. The breakfast was great! Well seasoned, lots to choose from, and some gluten free options. Hot food as well as pastries, cold cuts, cheese etc. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful. Definitely recommend!"

"Hotel was conveniently located near Big Ben and was easily aceesible to public and private transportation. Rooms were good size and clean. There was some confusion regarding upgrade for EcoClean to a free meal voucher, signs were posted in room, but the property no longer does this. Signs should be upated, very minor issue. I would recommend this property and plan on staying here in the future! "
