This house is located in a park like setting, with a creek that runs through it and large grass area and deck to enjoy the outdoors . The house itself has large wall to wall windows that let lots of natural light in and showcases the beautiful view of the sunset over west side Puget Sound. The home was tastefully decorated by the owner who is a professional designer. It has all the amenities necessary to make your stay a wonderful vacation experience. ***Please note that the hot tub in the photos does not work is not included in the rental.

Love the water view, the house is fabulous and the location is great. THE best beds and bedding!

Northwestern Japanese Retreat
This atmospheric home located on a high bank over a water channel off the western side of Vashon Island was an ideal retreat. The decor matched our aesthetic sensibilities exactly., sparse, soothing, and focused on the beautiful natural surrounding. Great kitchen, deck and master bedroom. Could use deck chairs and a microwave. That said, wE were alone with the birds and the deer but only a short drive to town. We loved our stay. Thank you.

This is an awesome location and view on Vashon. West side sunsets AMAZING! The property is beautiful, deer throughout our stay. Absolute private grounds. Can not beat the price and owner was super responsive. You wont want to leave. The downsides are kinda frivolous but really impacted our stay. No microwave and coffee maker left us wondering how we live without these conveniences. The French press was broke, but we survived! Bed in master is on the floor, so if your core strength is nil prepare for awkward moments of bed dismount. And for the love of God, get that hot tub functioning! Thanks for an unforgettable Vashon Island experience.

Fabulous Stay in This Lovely Home
Everything I needed was there, including solitude, water view, sunsets, even the deer kept me company. The home was nicely equipped with everything to cook with, all lovely bedding and many books to read. I'll be back!
