    The room was good, we had a great view in a corner room. Only issue we had was the elevators are very slow and only 2 for the north building. Room was in an excellent location to attend the hockey game. Only a 2 block walk.

      The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was close to Rogers and walking distance to so many other places in Vancouver. No fridge but you get what you pay for. The building is in need of renos. For an overnighter it was ideal.

      Was greeted with an unwelcome staff, problems occurred with no one offering help. Key cards stopped working multiple times, wasn't given the room we paid for (and wasn't even told) no fridge like we were supposed to have, restaurant service was rude. when told we were getting a refund for one night we felt better. but when we went to check out they had no idea and told us to contact someone else instead. worst hotel experience we have ever had.
