Super helpful and kind, free upgrades and goodies given without request after hearing we were visiting for my partners birthday. Gorgeous location right on the water overlooking the O2 and the cable cars. Easy access to public transport just a couple minutes walk from local DLR station with a Tesco extra opposite and local restaurants cafes. Couldn’t fault it, left feeling well rested and very appreciative. Also would like to mention the ethos and story behind this hotel is worth the stay alone. Definitely worth booking! "
