Great location to play, there are plenty of bars and restaurants out the door, very crowed at night since its seems to be the area where everyone come to get drunk and have fun. terrible place to get any rest. There is no insulation between the all corners of the wall, ceiling to floor and noise level is impossible to sleep unless you are drunk as hell and just pass out.

It's a great room. Sometimes it gets a little noisy due to local construction but nothing bad. The room is definitely worth it
