The area around the hotel was blocked due to constructions which made the walk from and to the station very long. The staff were helpful and nice.

Quaint city centre hotel very close to Karlsplatz and Marianplatz - with U-bahn staircase literally outside. Hotel is basic but has what is needed. Bathroom was recently refurbished. The room could do with a small kettle/tea things. Breakfast quite healthy with professional staff.

Property was great reception staff superb. Alfredo at bar was great as was trainee. The world famous grumpy barman was very good but very grumpy in a funny way.
We opted not to have room cleaned every day but had a few glasses in room that would have been better cleared when staff were in. All in all it was really good though.
