The property is a private jungle oasis, consisting of three freestanding master casitas and a great room / kitchen structure all positioned around the central pool deck and private pool. You and your party will have full access to the master casitas, kitchen, great room, and pool privately. The neighboring properties are separated by rock walls or fencing, all built with local materials for sustainability.
Each MASTER casita boasts private entrance with key, en suite bathroom, king beds, private deck with awning, AC, ceiling fan, and wifi boosters. Each shower has a frosted sliding door that opens to the jungle garden. The separated structures create a true sense of peace, tranquility, and adventure. Perfect for couples or a retreat that needs an Insta-Worthy Tulum jungle experience.
The wrap around pool deck has ample room for lounging and is furnished with deck chairs. The main casa cocina has large sliding doors which allow indoor / outdoor dining on the patio, or inside. On the opposite side of the cocina, there is a side door which leads to a laundry area, and wraps back around to the private pool.
There is a bathroom located next to the pool, exterior to the edificio as well.

★ SUSTAINABLE ★
Casa Pura was designed and developed with a commitment to sustainability. The private casitas and main buildings are built above ground to allow the ground and soil to continue to flourish wit flora / fauna and microbes. The pool decking is built from locally sourced wood, and is cut around the fauna to allow the trees to continue to grow and nurture the jungle. On site there is a community garden that hosts over 100 fruit trees, Melipona bee hives (stingless honey bees) to continue to pollenate the jungle plants and flowers. There are 12 villas on the total property, each separated by stone walls or flanked by woven branch fencing, all locally sourced and resourced.
All buildings are brushed limestone over cured mud, which is a nontoxic wash that replaces traditional toxic paint. All details of the villa are meant to be sustainable, local, and earthly. This embodies the spirit of Tulum, the jungle, adventure, and the environment.
Guest access
★ ACCESS ★
Guests have full access to the villa, casitas, private pool, and are free to walk around the garden within the property lines. There is a community garden outside of the rear gate of the property where there are beehives, fruit trees, and many things are being added. Please do not disturb the vegetation, the growth, or the bees!
Upon arrival to Casa Doce (Casa12), there is free parking next to the front door.
The door has a remote access code, or we can meet in person to open the property as needed.
Other things to note
★ OTHER STUFF ★
The property is surrounded by jungle, and is walled off to the neighbors. It is very quiet in the jungle, and noise carries so be aware of your noise levels so that others may enjoy the tranquility.
The jungle has very limited service. I suggest you put on a map to the property when you have wifi and leave this map on. If you lose the map, it is hard to regain wifi.
Make all arrangements with management prior to leaving wifi areas.
If it is your first time in Tulum or if you are not familiar with the area, Ave. Kulkulkan is a developing area right outside of Aldea Zama. There are plenty of convenience options nearby and getting to the Zona Hotelera or El Centro takes 10-12 minutes on moto / car. (I would NOT advise depending on walking if you stay here. Transportation is required for getting to / from this place.
