We parked at the Feret parking garage, on Saturday it was free not sure if that’s every Saturday or we got lucky. It is right next to Tulane and Loyola. I was very impressed with Tulane and the student ambassadors.

Go early or late. Unless you love donuts enough to wait in line for an hour. :)
